For your first appointment please come about 10 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. Don’t forget to bring along your dental insurance card (if you have one), a list of medications, and notify us where to obtain previous dental records or X-rays.
What Insurances do you accept?
We accept most dental insurances and are preferred providers for many. Call us for a free insurance evaluation.
Will my procedure hurt?
Dr. Casper and our entire team believe that helping patients enjoy comfortable dental treatment is one of the most important parts of the care we provide.
You are always in control of your own appointment here at Casper Family Dental. If you ever feel uncomfortable during a procedure, let us know and we will take action right away. We want you to relax and enjoy worry-free dentistry while you are with us.
